The port of Donostia is in the skirt of the Urgull mount, in the old part of the city. The port is divided in two by the Central Wharf that delimits clearly the recreation and fishing docks, lodging this last 375 sport boats.

Width in bocana: 20m. Openwork in bocana: 3m.

The entrance to the bay of the Shell with weathers of the fourth quadrant is really dangerous. In time it last of the first one and of the fourth quadrants and low tide the rompiente of the low ones of the Bancha is seen well, that are to 300m the N of the small barren island of Santa Clara and have 5,5m of aua in low tide list, which we will leave to starboard giving them good respect and dividing equally these with Monte Urgull. Coming from the E with courses next to the coast we must very consider the low Pekachillá, located to 500m to the NE of Mompás End and the measuring buoy of the surge that there is in front of the beach of the Zurriola to 0.5 miles to the W-SW of Mompás End. It is enough with giving one mile of defense to the coast to free it
